Harvest Returns Policy

All advertised books and Bibles my be returned up to *60 days from the invoice date.  (*see below for Sunday school and VBS curriculum return policy)

If any items arrive damaged, please notify Harvest immediately: 800-323-3885.  Also save any damaged packaging so that a claim may be filed with carrier.  Without packaging, damage claim may be denied by carrier.

For return: Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your return.  A restocking fee of 10% for churches and 25% for individuals will be charged on ALL returns that do not have a copy of the packing list or invoice.

Please return unused Sunday school and VBS curriculum before the following dates:

Spring Curriculum - April 15
Summer Curriculum - July 15
Fall Curriculum - October 15
Winter Curriculum - January 15

VBS Starter Kits - May 31
VBS curriculum and ancillary items - August 15
(Full credit on items suitable for resale)
Call customer service for returns after this date.

We recommend  returned items be shipped to Harvest via FEDEX Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS)
Make sure to include church name and address (or your address) on the outside of the package when shipping items.  Harvest is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping, insure your package if necessary.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from your date of shipment to receive a credit memo.
This policy enables us to serve you better and process credits accurately.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and United States territories only, sorry but we are unable to process international orders at this time.

When you place an order, we typically process and ship your order within 24 hours or less!   We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  When calculating estimated delivery dates, please do not include the day you placed your order or weekends, use business days (Monday-Friday).

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
